After your first two months, you may cancel at any time — even the day before your next billing date.
We believe membership should feel supportive, not restrictive.
How do I cancel my membership?
You may cancel at any time by contacting our spa team directly. We're happy to assist you and make the process simple.
How does billing work?
Membership dues are automatically charged once per month on the same date you join.
For example, if you enroll on June 17, your membership will renew on the 17th of each month.
Can I use my membership benefits right away?
Yes. Your benefits are available immediately upon enrollment.
Are gratuities included?
Gratuity for your therapist is not included in the membership.
We recommend a gratuity of $10 or more per treatment. You may specify your preferred gratuity amount at checkout.
